High Sensitive Person (HSP)- Mission

As humanity we are collectively moving towards greater consciousness. This means that we are also developing greater sensitivity to energy and emotions, our own and those of others. As you can see in the world, this process is not happening equally or at the same pace for everyone. Overall, we still have a long way to go. Sensitive people However, it is undeniable that there are more and more conscious and sensitive people, and there is a reason for this: this world desperately needs us for the current process of transformation to higher consciousness. Unfortunately it is not easy for sensitive people to be on earth. There is a tendency for people to want to withdraw, not to enter into the intense energy and emotions: avoidance behaviour. We have been struggling with this for a long time, our self.

Mirror
The experiences of your life on earth are like a mirror, reflecting without judgement what you are transmitting, consciously or unconsciously. If you prefer to avoid your human feelings and earthly experiences, life will reflect your own resistance, fear and frustration. As a result, things do not go smoothly and you may tend to withdraw even further. So you end up in a downward spiral.

What can you do?
A good way to break through is to act directly against your discomfort and resistance. This won't feel comfortable and may even be counterintuitive, especially at first. If you really want to grow and enjoy life more, you can't avoid doing new and exciting things.Taking new steps brings with it feelings of insecurity: this is a natural reaction to the unknown and everyone has this inner reaction.
If you go through with it, you will have experiences that will give you greater self-awareness and self-esteem. That seems worthwhile to me.

Loneliness is not necessary If you are sensitive, loneliness can start to control your life if you are not careful. There is a lot to read these days about HSP, the highly sensitive person. This recognition can be positive, giving a sense that you are not crazy or the only one struggling. I think it is wise not to start identifying with being HSP.

Loneliness is not necessary
If you're sensitive, this fact can begin to control your life if you're not careful. There is a lot to read about HSP, the highly sensitive person, these days. This recognition can be positive, giving a sense that you are not crazy or the only one struggling, but I think it is wise not to start identifying with being HSP. If you are not only experiencing your sensitivity, but letting it define who you are, then you are on a slippery slope. Your mind sees problems everywhere and loves labels. The "No, I can't do that because I'm an HSP-er" quickly lurks. Your mind has found a new way to avoid life, to avoid experiences in yourself and in the outside world. Unfortunately, this only increases your fears and feelings of separation, and therefore your feelings of loneliness.

Your unique contribution of acknowledging your sensitivity is obviously fine, as long as you give yourself the space to actually experience it. Even if it doesn't feel comfortable or easy. If you can be present (NOW - without judgement) in the experience, you are automatically present in the here and now. Only then can you make your unique contribution and be a positive force in this world.

Feel at home on earth!
You will automatically feel more at home here because you know you have your own place and are making your unique contribution to this world with awareness and courage.

Truly something to be proud of!
Blossom from within & Vibrate Higher
